Sebastian Hepher

Sebastian Hepher was educated at Alleyn’s School, Dulwich and then qualified as a teacher in 1989, with B.Ed (Hons). He began teaching within secondary education in the maintained sector, teaching at Hurstmere Boys School, Sidcup, Kent and subsequently The London Nautical School, in central London.

Caroline Townshend

Caroline joined Eaton Square Mayfair as Head of the Lower School in April 2018. She previously worked at St John's Leatherhead where she held a number of roles but most recently was responsible for the setting up and opening of the highly successful Lower School for pupils aged 11-13 years. Caroline was brought up and educated in California before studying Psychology at the University of Southampton and UCL. She currently teaches Biology and Psychology and is passionate about leadership development in pupils.

Lisa Maynard

Having trained as an accountant, Lisa first moved into the education sector working for a local authority supporting schools in Bedfordshire before moving into a business manager role within the state sector. Lisa gained a Diploma in School Business Management with the National College of School Leadership prior to joining Eaton Square Schools in 2011 as Group Bursar. She then stepped up to Head of Operations in 2017. Lisa is also a Compliance Inspector for the Independent Schools Inspectorate and uses her experience gained through this to assist the groups’ schools. 

Catherine Robertson

Catherine is Finance Director for the Dukes schools. She is responsible for all aspects of finance and brings with her significant experience in the nursery education sector, having previously worked for the Just Learning Group for 12 years.

Prior to that, Catherine worked in motorsport, as Finance Manager and then Operations Director for the Brands Hatch Leisure Group. She qualified as an accountant with Kent County Council and holds a BSc in Management Science and Accountancy.

Shona Colaço

Shona has been working in education for over 20 years. She began her career teaching English as a Foreign Language, both in this country and abroad. After a period working in Environmental Management, she trained at the University of Oxford (Mansfield College) and returned to teaching Science to GCSE and Biology at  A-level, initially in large maintained secondary schools before moving to the independent sector where she was lucky enough to be able to set up a Science department from scratch.

Annika Yerushalmy

Annika is Director of Marketing and Admissions for the Dukes schools and has been with the schools for four years, working centrally to deliver all marketing and communication activity. In 2017, she took over management of admissions to reflect the close integration of the marketing and admissions functions and to ensure an excellent experience for parents from the very beginning.

Richard Settle

Prior to becoming Principal at Sancton Wood School in 2009, Richard gained 15 years of experience in the state sector, working in Manchester, Cambridge, and Luton as an English teacher, Head of Department and Advanced Skills Teacher. Under his leadership, Sancton Wood has expanded significantly and now has 330 students aged 1-16 across three separate sites. A great believer in the importance of kindness and pastoral support, Richard's mission statement is a simple one: to make each and every pupil aware of his or her innate qualities and skills, and to develop these to full capacity. 

Hilary Wyatt

Hilary Wyatt has been teaching for 28 years, 15 of which have been in senior leadership roles. During her teaching career, she has taught pupils from Nursery to A-level. She was Head of Pre-Prep at Durston House School for 8 years, before becoming Headmistress at Eaton Square, Kensington. After three exciting years at the school, she will be moving to head up the Lyceum in the City of London from January 2019.

Jo Clarke

Jo joined Twickenham Park Day Nursery in August 2016 as Day Care Manager and Early Years Advisor. She oversees the day-to-day running of the Nursery and provides Early Years support to some of the schools within the group.

She has 27 years of experience in childcare and education. She initially worked as a nanny, moving into nurseries in the early nineties as a Nursery Nurse and Room Leader, before working her way up to Nursery Manager. Jo has been managing nurseries for nearly 20 years, working for a variety of large nursery chains and small independent nurseries in west London.
