James Bailey

After graduating with a BA in Economic and Social History, James taught English as a Second Language for three years in China, Switzerland and the UK, specialising in assisting teenage learners. Following two years honing his interview skills in market research, he returned to the education sector and joined Dukes Education in September 2015. James provides HR support for the whole Group assisting with recruitment, training and compliance.

Dr Jon Tabbert

A native of Chicago, Jon began acquiring his expertise in the US university system with a Bachelor’s degree from Bradley University, a Master’s degree from Minnesota State University and a doctorate from the University of North Dakota. While in the United States, he held administrative or faculty positions at the University of North Dakota; Hastings College, Nebraska; and Lake Erie College, Ohio.

John Ing

John has been an educator at the highest level for 25 years. A former Housemaster at Harrow and Stowe schools, John is highly sought after for his expertise in preparing pupils for transitioning to top independent schools. He now leads our School Placement and Family Office consulting services, advising families on top institutions across the educational spectrum and helping their children get there.
