Will Finlayson

As Operations Director for Summer Boarding Courses, Will oversees all enquiries for securing a place on one of our high-quality study holiday courses. He also oversees all our relationships with external agencies and schools, who kindly provide the excellent facilities and settings for our programmes. 

Satish Amatya

Satish initially graduated with an MBA, after which he made the decision to go into the restaurant business. He trained as a chef and worked in a number of London restaurants, eventually opening his own restaurant, as well as a number of cafés and bars. Satish then moved into financial management, and joined our Oxbridge Applications arm in 2014, and now oversees the management of the accounts of all our businesses. 

Sam Holderness

Sam looks after the day-to-day running of Summer Boarding Courses, including overseeing support for all schools during the spring and summer months. His wide experience in education and childcare ensures that children have an enriching time learning and making friends at our schools. He has also personally run SBC Bournemouth, SBC Oxford, and Norman Court schools in past summers. 

Rosie Shann

As Head of Operations, Rosie manages the quality standards of Dukes Education’s Consultancy services, delivering our wide range of academic courses, programmes and tuition support throughout the year. She also manages our 1,800-strong network of tutors, who mentor students privately and at our events. She is the organisational presence behind all the support candidates receive from the Dukes Education Consultancy.

Rebecca Williams

A port of call for students, parents and teachers, Rebecca leads our application programmes inside Oxbridge Applications and is often found reassuring our most nervous students (and their parents)! Rebecca also heads up our International Services, spending some of her time delivering our services to students and schools abroad, who benefit from her expertise in a wide-ranging, multidisciplinary subject of study. 

Olivia Haywood

Having been with Dukes Education since the company's inception, Olivia moved into the role of Director of Brands after four years leading marketing in a number of the group's businesses. She spent two years running marketing strategy at one of the group's consultancy arms, Oxbridge Applications, before becoming Group Marketing Manager when Dukes Education was formally launched. Olivia is responsible for domestic marketing strategy, communications, and public relations activity for Dukes' colleges, summer schools, and consultancy.

Jon Pickles

Jon is an experienced Finance Director with a strong background in technology and learning companies. He is a Chartered Management Accountant with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity fundraising, business coaching, financial, and HR management.
 
Prior to joining Dukes Education, Jon was Finance Director of ILX Group PLC, an AIM-quoted training and technology business with operations in Australia, New Zealand, Dubai, Denmark, mainland Europe, and the United States. 
 

John Wilson

John is an Oxford graduate with an honours degree in Biological Sciences, also holding a PGCE from Cambridge. He brings his expertise in the biological and medical sciences to Dukes, along with his extensive knowledge of medical school admissions. John is a lay member of the university admissions panel for medical school undergraduate entry at UCL (University College London) and has also performed this role at Imperial College and Queen Mary University in London.

Emma Wylie

Emma has been Head of Human Resources at Dukes Education since September 2014 and stepped up to lead our employee engagement as Director of People in 2016. She uses her years of experience in education training and recruitment for the benefit of the whole group.
